Booking a Treatment

To book a treatment, please contact us by phone or email. A consultation is required before all treatments to ensure the highest standard of care. Once you become a Beauty Concierge member, you will receive access to our private booking system, allowing you to book and manage your appointments with ease.

Payments

To keep your experience effortless, payment for treatments is taken in advance.

We accept card payments and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

​

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via telephone, email, or WhatsApp. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited, and no refund will be issued. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the session will be fully charged.
