Terms & Conditions

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. A clear space must be prepared for your therapist to set up, along with access to water if required. Please arrive (or be ready) at your scheduled time. Delays may reduce your treatment duration.

 

PAYMENTS

Your outstanding balance will be automatically charged following your appointment. We accept bank transfer (in advance), credit card, and debit card. By making a payment, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and authorised.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via telephone, email, or WhatsApp. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited, and no refund will be issued. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the session will be fully charged.

 

THERAPIST SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean and appropriate space for treatments.If the environment is deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or unsuitable, the therapist may refuse treatment, and the session will be charged in full.

 

HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION

You must disclose all relevant medical information, allergies, medications, or conditions before your treatment.Certain treatments may not be suitable for some clients. We reserve the right to decline or adapt a treatment based on medical safety.If you are unwell, please contact us immediately. Attending an appointment while unwell may result in treatment refusal.

 

TREATMENT RESULTS

Individual treatment results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and aftercare.No specific results can be guaranteed, and multiple sessions may be required.You agree to follow the aftercare advice provided by your therapist to maximise results and minimise risks.

 

LIABILITY

The Beauty Concierge is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:

Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions

Failure to disclose medical conditionsUnsuitable home environments

All services are provided by qualified and insured therapists.

 

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required when making your appointment.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual if:

There is a risk to the therapist’s safety

The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

The client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully

The treatment is deemed medically unsafe

 

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is kept confidential and handled according to UK data protection laws. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
