Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or treatment fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to amend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone, email, or WhatsApp, and our concierge team will be happy to assist.
